Freedom is sweet

Well, it's not quite that drastic. I'm a free person, no? But sometimes homework can make me feel otherwise T..T Luckily, vacation comes around just as I'm dying for lack of it and everything's happy again. Also with vacation comes a slew of things-that-should-have-been-done-a-month ago and some thinking. I did a decent cleanup of my dA a while ago, and I suppose I - as a person - am evolving too quickly for my dA to keep up, or something along those lines. So I'll be poking around my dA again looking for moldy old unhappy stuffs that I don't want. You'll notice already that anyone looking to poke around my old journals will discover, to either his amusement, disappointment, or lack of emotion, that they have all vanished. Le GASP.
On a lighter note, I've realized that I actually have more time during the school day this year to do art-ish stuff, which I do-hope-to-scan-but-I-may-forget. We'll see how it works out. Also, this year is the first time I've enjoyed my art class since three or four years ago, and that is quite the unexpected pleasure. On the other hand, music is eating my soul! - need - to - memorize - chopin - nocturne - and - bach - fugue. Aah, it doesn't stop there, my violin teacher hinted subtly that I would be killed at my next lesson if I don't practice more.
Somehow these journals always turn out to be public rants! So I do hope that you just skipped the above two paragraphs and can thus enjoy your holidays, whatever you do celebrate, without the weight of a teenage girl's exaggerated daily angst.
